Ethos Lynn

The Ethos Dispensary is a remarkable renovation project in Lynn, MA. Originally a two-story building in poor condition, this project required extensive structural design efforts to support the planned transformation. The team removed the entire second floor to create a bright, open, double-height space for the dispensary floor. A small mezzanine level was installed over the sales counter to provide secure product storage and an efficient fulfillment slide for transporting orders from the vault upstairs to the budtender on the sales floor.

The finished product was a beautifully updated masonry building with expansive windows, excellent interior design details, and an overall program that met all of the Owners’ needs. The most gratifying part of this project was seeing the previously abandoned and dilapidated building achieve new life as a busy retail space.
