Cape Cod Grow Labs

Cape Cod Grow Lab (CCGL). is a Massachusetts-based Tier 2 cultivator located in the town of Brewster on scenic Cape Cod. Beginning in 2019, CAC worked hand-in-hand with the CCGL’s master grower and the engineering teams at Cranston, RI-based Creative Environment Corp to design and build a state of the art cultivation facility. To meet CCGL’s goal of bringing established brands and top notch genetics from the West Coast to the Massachusetts market, our design team was challenged to maximize the canopy within a small building footprint and create an efficient layout with no room for wasted space.

This ground-up new construction facility was the first structure constructed in a new development of raw land right off Route 6, clocking in at an impressive 9,000 square feet with a 1,300 square foot mechanical mezzanine. Rick Roy Construction completed the facility in the Spring of 2023 and production is now underway.
